STEP 2 - SUBMISSON

Submit in Person

This option allows you to submit your hard copy form in person to your respective team representative. Such as .PEMA Steward, Vice Steward, Regional Action Man/Lady, PEMA Director, or at PEMA Office.

Make sure to verify if you receive any response from any submission options. it is highly recommended to do a follow up also regarding your membership status should you not be able to receive any response after 3 working days.
